KW Land, KW Partners and KW Land Pros are acting as agents of the sellers and in the sellers best interest.  All information on this website is provided from sources deemed to be reliable and accurate.  However, the auction company makes no claim to the reliability or accuracy of this information.  Therefore, the auction company makes no warranties or guarantees of information provided.  All bidders agree to conduct their own due diligence and research to arrive at their own conclusion to bid or not to bid.

Each separate auction has its own specific auction terms.   All bidders are encourage and acknowledge they have read those specific individual auction terms prior to bidding.

All online bidding will be visible but the bidder’s identity will remain anonymous.
